How does pickup at Denver's Airport work?
Before your trip starts, we'll send a message asking for your flight information. The vehicle will be dropped off the day of your reservation on the 5th floor of the garage which is located just outside the terminal. We’ll send a detailed description with photos the day of.
How do I find the car at the Airport?
Head out the doors from baggage claim (Level 5), walk past the islands and the garage is just beyond that point. Let us know once you arrive at the car, we will remotely unlock the vehicle.
When leaving the airport garage, you will be responsible for the unavoidable parking fee of up to $35 (max). At the end of your trip we cover the fee when we leave the garage.
Can I just meet you at the curb?
Turo's agreement with airport officials does not allow us to meet you at the curb, but we do park just outside the terminal. All our cars have contactless check-in and check-out using remote unlocking technology.
Will the child seat(s) be installed upon pickup?
No, for liability reasons, we will not install the saftey seats; this will also give you full flexabilty to customize the carseat(s) for your child.
Do you offer booster seats for older children as well?
We do! When choosing your extra you can choose between either setup, or both.
Yes, we will install the gear rack prior to your trip to ensure it is secured and locked to the crossbars of the vehicle.
Where is the key to the gear rack?
The key to lock your gear down will be on the key ring.
How do I add extras to my trip?
Open the app and head to the details section to see a list of optional extras.
Does the vehicle have snow tires or chains?
All our vehicles are equipped with all season tires which are rated for mud and snow (M+S), we do not have chains inside our vehicles.

How are tolls handled in Colorado?
All of our vehicles are equipped with ExpressToll transponder's. No need to stop, slow down or pay in person. There are various express lanes that work the same way if you choose to drive on them. We will invoice you via the TURO app at a later date.
If you should need it, the insurance, and registration card can be found in the driver's side visor pocket.
If needed, is roadside assistance free?
Roadside assistance is available and you will find this information in the driver's side visor pocket. It's free to use but we do ask that you please contact us right away if there are any issues such as a flat tire, dead battery or an accident.
Can I connect my phone to the car?
Yep, most of the cars have Apple CarPlay™or Android Auto™ that allow you connect directly for hands-free operation. We keep cables in the cars for you to use during your trip. Some of the cars use Bluetooth technology to connect.
Can I change my pick-up or drop-off location?
Click on the details section of your reservation, then click on the modify trip tab on the right side of the page. Here you can change the location. We don't have the ability to change it for you, only to approve the change. Turo does not have a split option, you must pickup and drop off at the same location.
Do I need to wash and/or vacuum the car before returning it?
No, you do not need to wash or vacuum the car prior to return, however, please do your best to keep things tidy and throw away your trash.
Yes, please let us know if you need to/want to drop the car early so we can be ready to lock up and pick up the vehicle. If you are going to be more than 30 minutes late, you will need to modify your reservation under the details tab, this is more for insurance liability than anything.
I added a carseat/booster seat will it be pre installed?
We don't deliver cars with the car seats pre-installed but it will be inside the car. We like to leave the installation up to you so the seat ends up exactly where you want it with no questions about safety.
